George Nelson exhibition catalog, 2009.

In 2009 the Vitra Design Museum of Weil am Rhine, Germany staged a major exhibit of Nelson's work, including his activity at the University. The museum kindly donated this copy of the exhibit catalog to the University Archives. Nelson's work at the University of Georgia is described on pages 172-175 of the handsomely-illustrated catalog. The exhibit materials included in this collection were printed from the Internet.

He studied at Yale University, New Haven, CT (BA, 1928; BFA, 1931), and at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC (1932).
